Do brits leave cheese at room temp covered like this? How does that work? We buy it in the States cold and I keep mine in the ‘fridge.

Hi Big Al,I think the cheese dish is probably used mainly as a presentation thing over here. I’d never made any till last year and since then I’ve had orders for five or six. Sudden demand. Anyhow it’s allegedly summer at the moment but you could leave your cheese out of the fridge and it’d be just fine!
Love the glod dust in the honey glaze Hannah, it’s nearly as nice as the tea leaf affect you get when a good tenmoku comes in contact with wood ash! (Only kidding) I’m sure it’s just as good really. As for cheese domes I just produce them to sell the little mice I make, dosen’t everyone?
