Just in case anyone was interested the dance class I have just been to and feel oh so much better for is Margaret Morris Movement (MMM.) I would like to recomend it to potters everywhere. I find it brilliant for my shoulders and upper arms and Sarah our teacher has no end of patience with those of us for whom co-ordination is not a strong point.

“Margaret Morris’ syllabus is based on a series of exercises each a set of co-ordinated movements which are designed to develop a sense of rhythm, balance, to stretch and strengthen muscles and mobilise joints.The progression of the syllabus provides everyone with the opportunity to constantly develop and to reach his or her full potential.”
