Welcome to 2015. I am sorry it has been so long in arriving here. Though it’s been quiet on here there has been a lot going on behind the scenes. The scene above is the Shard Spotting Fitch in his childhood habitat of the Northamptonshire countryside.
Making has been going on a pace in clay and in fabric. I made a book of birds for Gregor for his second birthday, I hope he likes it.
The clay has been being formed too. I am currently working on an order for the National Galleries in Edinburgh before I get down to making stock and a couple more commemorative pieces that are on order.
So this is short but sweet. Happy 2015 all. I will be back soon.
Happy 2015,
Nice to see you two working away industriously in the pottery! I had a bit of a laugh when I looked back to one of the earlier videos and saw a black and white cat walking around in the background, because the cat is so like our Nigella Stopit! I had to wonder if cats have the ability to live some of their 9 lives in several places at once! Anyway, hope all goes well for you two (and the cat!) in the year ahead.
Kind Thoughts from us in NZ
